Fire cider is a traditional folk remedy to keep the body warm in the winter months to support immunity and help ward off colds and viruses. You can easily make this at home by soaking warming foods and herbs in apple cider vinegar for 4 weeks. Strain, add some honey to sweeten, and take 2 tablespoons every day. Here’s what I put in mine: garlic, horseradish, onion, ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar, thyme, oregano, lemon, cayenne, shisandra berries and rosemary.
